Project Description
Oxford School Residences, an adaptive reuse of a historic school and new construction into 52 new respectable senior housing (62+) units with supportive housing services. These residences serve as Fairhaven’s senior population and surrounding areas. Of the property’s 52 apartment one- and two- bedroom units, 45 units are affordably priced and rented to individuals who earn 60% or less of Area Medium Income.11 of those units are rented to individuals who earn 30% AMI, and 6 of those 11 are rented to homeless individuals. Amenities include onsite parking, 24-hour emergency maintenance, game room, wellness center, a community room with kitchen and bathroom, tenant storage rooms, upper floor lounge, and a central laundry facility. Construction completed in 2022.
