Project Description

500 Northside Station serves as a gateway development to the Northside neighborhood in Spartanburg, SC. As an integral part of the Northside Revitalization Plan, the mixed income development serves families earning a variety of incomes ranging from 30% of the area median income to market rate. This family property consists of 90 newly constructed one, two, and three-bedroom multi-family apartment homes. In partnership with Northside Development Corporation, Spartanburg Housing Authority, and the City of Spartanburg, the project began construction in May of 2020 and was completed in May of 2021.
