SCG Development, located in Tysons, Virginia, is pleased to announce Phase A of Indigo at McLean Station has received its Certificate of Occupancy on May 1st, 2026.
Indigo at McLean Station is a new construction mid-rise multi-family rental housing community for lower and moderate income households. Phase A offers 231 new affordable units for households at 60% AMI (Area Median Income); Phase B, scheduled to be complete by September, will offer 225 new affordable units for households at 50%, 60%, and 70% AMI.
